The first step is to obtain the proper 3-D reduction of the zygoma using an
elevator, hook, screw, or Carroll-Girard type device, or digital pressure can
be used to mobilize the zygoma into its proper position.
The repositioning can be done through a transoral (Keen) incision, or
directly through a coronal approach.
