Diagnosis

Partial articular fracture, medial condyle, sagittal

print

Partial articular fractures of the medial condyle in the sagittal plane are not common. They may be associated with ligamentous injuries to the knee. They are challenging to fix in osteoporotic bone.

These fractures commonly result from a varus stress, combined with a rotational component.
