Pediatric AO Surgery Reference

A major milestone in the AO Surgery Reference history has been made today as we launch the two first modules of the Pediatric AO Surgery Reference. It would have been impossible for this work to have been undertaken without the generous grant to the project from the AO Foundation Strategy Fund, to which we are extremely grateful. Titanium elastic nail (TEN), Foresight nail, Nancy nail

Beneath the extensor carpi radialis tendon on the ulnar side of the Lister tubercle.

The entry point through the radius styloid can endanger the superficial (sensory) branch of the radial nerve.

The entry points near the Lister’s tubercle can damage the extensor tendons of the second and third compartments, especially when the nail is prominent.
